Deep-dives on real conflicts and crises from wars and occupations to energy blackmail, cyber attacks and political stand-offs. I ask given their real constraints, what options does each side actually have?

Strategic Simulations
Turn-based scenarios set in fictional states. I make these scenarios as close as possible to reality. They’re my lab for testing ideas about deterrence, escalation, deception and survival.

Thinking Across Domains
Modern crises aren’t just about tanks on a map. I look at the interaction between military operations, energy, finance, cyber, alliances, domestic politics and public narrative.
